We do not have a minimum order, however shipping charges will be added to all orders. Shipping is determined by the weight of your order when it is processed on our shipping system.
Orders can be placed by phone toll free at 888 394 9929 or 24 hours by fax at 903 844 9909 or our shopping cart. Orders are shipped within 48hr. During the busy season we may experience some shipping delays.
We keep a large inventory of our items, but occasionally a product will be out of stock due to circumstances beyond our control. We will try to inform you of any out of stock items when placing your order, but we do not make any guarantees on product availability. Out of stock items are NOT backordered so you must reorder when they are back in stock.<br><br>
<b>Pricing & Discounts</b><br><br>
Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to keep our website and shopping cart up to date with current prices.
Texas customers with a texas Sales & Use Tax ID number on file will not be charged 8.25% sales tax.<br><br>
<b>Payment</b><br><br>
Credit Cards - We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
Paypal - We subscribe to the Paypal service and we will send you a money request for the total of your order, plus shipping when you place your order. Once the Paypal payment is received your order is shipped. Paypal check orders are held until the funds clear and we have received an email from Paypal stating that the payment has cleared.
Checks orders paid by personal or business check will be held for 10 days until your check clears our bank. Returned checks are subject to a $25.00 service charge.
Terms - Sorry, we do not offer credit terms or Net 30 accounts at this time.<br><br>

<b>Orders will be shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified. Priority mail and parcel post orders are welcome.</b><br><br><br>
<b>Returns</b><br><br>
No returns will be accepted unless you were shipped something in our error.  We do not accept returns on fragrance oils or bath & body bases. We recommend purchasing the 1 oz. size bottles of fragrance to try our scent. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience, but we only want to sell the highest quality product available and you can be sure when ordering from us that your products have not been tampered with or diluted.
